A collaboration with our friends at Green Dirt Farm, a local cheese maker, using their award-winning, Alpine style, Prairie Tomme cheese.
Inspired by the beloved, traditional Swiss dish Älplermagronen, which uses key ingredients readily available to herdsmen tending to their cows grazing on the Alpine pastures, this quiche blends Alpine style cheese, blanched cubed potatoes, caramelized onions, and roasted apples for an incredible savory-sweet flavor profile. It’s a hearty dish perfect for warming at any time of day during the cold winter months. Store in the fridge or freeze for convenient, last-minute meal planning.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Return to room temperature. Preheat oven and heat at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
